Rules & Policies
*Rent must be paid on or before the 5th of every month.*Late Fee: ₹200 per day after the due date.*Non-Payment: If rent is not paid by the 10th, tenant must vacate immediately + 1 month’s rent penalty applies.*Payment Modes: Only Cash / UPI / Bank Transfer accepted (as displayed in office/notice board). Other modes will not be considered valid.*Payment Responsibility: Once a bed is allotted, rent is due until the tenant formally vacates, irrespective of absence or travel.
